Enquiries can now be closed as part of recording an interaction by using the "Do you want to close the helpline enquiry?" checkbox.
To close this eniquiry either
- Close as part of a new interaction by clicking "Manage" then "Record interaction"
- Close as part of a recent interaction by clicking on "Edit" in the timeline
